The Story: Turning Loss Into Purpose

Utopia Hope is a 501c3 nonprofit vision given to my wife and I many years ago after the struggles and loss we had both encountered throughout our lives that only God could have brought us through.

Since the loss of my son, Daniel in 2016, God has placed a vision on my heart to help those struggling through hardship—whether from financial struggles, illness, addiction, job loss, or difficult life circumstances. What started as a desire to help single parents has grown into a broader mission to serve widows, orphans, the sick, and those in need within our community.

Through Daniel’s Blessings via Utopia Hope, our vision is to create a car ministry that provides reliable transportation, affordable vehicle repairs, and practical automotive training with honesty and integrity. With over 40 years of experience as an automotive mechanic, I have been blessed with the knowledge, tools, and opportunity to serve both those who can afford repairs and those who cannot.

Our goal is to build a small shop where men or women who are seeking direction in life can learn automotive skills, gain purpose, and build a better future. Also by repairing donated and purchased vehicles, we hope to provide dependable transportation to families in need at little or no cost through an application process. More than fixing cars, this ministry is about restoring hope, teaching skills, and sharing the love of Christ through service to others.
